A large kitchen offers an eating bar and dining area.
Upstairs relax in the spacious master bedroom with ensuite (king bed). 2nd bedroom has queen bed. Bathroom on both levels. All new home with all new appliances & furnishings.

Large spacious home, large porch, enjoy a beautiful view. Spacious bedrooms, living room with gas fireplace. Modern kitchen with eat in bar with dining area.
New Samsung washer and dryer. Central air. New build with new everything!

The entire home is yours to enjoy. Private separate home.

Walk, car.

Entrance will be open for you and there will be a key for you to come and go.

Property is just as the pictures show. Such a lovely place, very clean and quiet. Host was very responsive; had a Christmas tin of homemade fudge at check-in that was a nice surprise. Kitchen, living, dining and bathroom on the main level. Both bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom. Beds were sooooo comfy!!!!! Nice wide staircase, beautifully decorated, comfy couch, and I appreciated the nice stemware for wine & mimosas. Location within 15mins of pretty much everywhere we went during our stay. Would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend!

This home had everything that we needed.
The place was on a great location on a quiet street, close to downtown Asheville, Haywood Street and I40. All around 10 minutes drive.
The house was immaculate, everything clean and nitty. Spacious rooms and bathrooms, nice family room and with a lovely porch to enjoy the sounds of the forest.
Lane was an amazing host making sure that we had everything that we needed.
Overall it was the perfect stay and would go back again.

We were so happy with our stay. The house was gorgeous, clean and so spacious. Everything that we needed for our stay was available. We will definitely stay here again!!!
