Summary:
This new home offers an abundance of space both inside and out. Just minutes to downtown Asheville, West Asheville, breweries, great restaurants, shopping, hiking and only 5.3 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway!
The large covered porch has ceiling fans and lighting.
A large kitchen offers an eating bar and dining area.
Upstairs relax in the spacious master bedroom with ensuite (king bed). 2nd bedroom has queen bed. Bathroom on both levels. All new home with all new appliances & furnishings.

The Space:
Large spacious home, large porch, enjoy a beautiful view. Spacious bedrooms, living room with gas fireplace. Modern kitchen with eat in bar with dining area.
New Samsung washer and dryer. Central air. New build with new everything!

Guest Access:
The entire home is yours to enjoy. Private separate home.

Getting Around:
Walk, car.

Other Things to Note:
Entrance will be open for you and there will be a key for you to come and go.

Property is just as the pictures show. Such a lovely place, very clean and quiet. Host was very responsive; had a Christmas tin of homemade fudge at check-in that was a nice surprise. Kitchen, living, dining and bathroom on the main level. Both bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom. Beds were sooooo comfy!!!!! Nice wide staircase, beautifully decorated, comfy couch, and I appreciated the nice stemware for wine & mimosas. Location within 15mins of pretty much everywhere we went during our stay. Would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend!

This home had everything that we needed. The place was on a great location on a quiet street, close to downtown Asheville, Haywood Street and I40. All around 10 minutes drive. The house was immaculate, everything clean and nitty. Spacious rooms and bathrooms, nice family room and with a lovely porch to enjoy the sounds of the forest. Lane was an amazing host making sure that we had everything that we needed. Overall it was the perfect stay and would go back again.

Home is immaculate, rooms very comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Welcome gifts much appreciated. Very quiet and seemingly safe neighborhood. Loved sitting on the back deck watching the deer as the evening drew in.

This place was everything that we expected and more! The owner went out of his way with the little extras. Fresh cookies and milk, snacks, coffee, sugar and creamer. The lights were left on for our late arrival. Plenty of towels, not just one for a person. Above all else the place was very clean! We would definitely stay again if we return to Ashville.

The house is beautiful and comfortable. They have truly thought of everything. We especially enjoyed the rocking chairs on the wrap around porch. Communication with Lane was great. We would absolutely rent this house again!

My brother and I linked up for a short weekend siblings trip. The house was very clean and new. Every amenity you could hope for. Beds and couch were 10/10. Kitchen utensils and cookware available; although, we didn't need it. The property manager thought of everything. There were cookies as others stated. 15-minute drive to downtown Asheville. Very close to outlets. Visited Bearwallow Mountain trail which was ~30 minutes away as well.

Great home. Immaculate inside and out. The wrap around porch was perfect for evening relaxation. Short Uber rides to downtown Ashville. As you saw in other reviews, cookies and milk were waiting for us at arrival!!

This house was incredibly clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms are big and comfortable. The front porch is big and has comfortable chairs. Lane was a great host. He had cookies, snacks, and drinks there for us. It was a great place to stay and get some rest. There are homes very close all around it but it was quiet and peaceful.

Perfection! The house still has that "new construction smell." Squeaky clean! Decorated thoughtfully and beautifully with blues, greens, and grays that reminded me of the mountains surrounding Asheville. It feels very serene. We had everything we needed plus more to make our 4 night stay comfy and pleasant. So much space! Lane even left us a plate of cookies upon arrival. 😊 The neighborhood is residential-- quiet and peaceful; it's a very quick drive to town. Thank you, Lane, for such a pleasant stay in your beautiful property. We highly recommend! Especially for families!

Amazing property. Everything in the house is new. Kitchen was well stocked with every pot/pan/utensil we needed. Gas grill was really nice and we made some amazing burgers and chicken as it was able to reach temperatures +500. Lane was great to work with as we needed to change our dates by one day. Location is convenient to both downtown Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway and all the hikes we wanted to do. Will definitely stay here again.

The bar has been raised! Everything from the initial contact to our departure was ideal! This house was perfect all the way down to the easy-to-follow instructions for using the TV and accessing the internet. The platter of fresh homemade cookies that greeted us was really over the top. We should have not stopped at the store first as this house had a massive tray of every kind of snack along with coffee & filters. Everything inside was new and worked perfectly and everything was spotless clean and had white towels in the bathrooms. Another super positive for this house was it was so quiet. No loud vehicles or parties going on through the wee hours of the morning combined with a really comfortable bed made for some very peaceful sleep. We have booked marked this house and will try and reserve it every time we come to the Asheville area. Thanks, Lane, for making everything so nice for us!
