Guest Access:
If you arrive with a car, we'll gladly provide you with a designated parking space, and our security team will assist in guiding you to it.
For garbage disposal, you can leave it by the emergency door on the right side of the elevators, or we'll handle it after your departure.
Our swimming pool and gym are open for use, but reservations must be made at the lobby. To ensure availability, we recommend booking at least one day in advance, with one-hour time slots per reservation. Kindly note that food or drinks are not permitted in the pool area, and it is mandatory to wear a cap and take a quick shower before swimming. The pool is subject to availability. Both the gym and pool operate from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM (last reservation is from 8 to 9 PM), located on floor M2.
The Neighborhood:
It lies between Mexico City's downtown and el Bosque de Chapultepec, just south of Paseo de la Reforma. It is one of the most important commercial districts in Mexico as well as its financial center. Since it was established in the early 20th century, the neighborhood has been transforming.
Must-see
-Zona Rosa: With its busy streets, sidewalk bars, and lively nightclubs, it is the ideal place to have fun.
-Angel of Independence
-Estela de Luz.
Getting Around:
Uber and Didi are the best ways to navigate Mexico City's bustling streets. Another option for getting around is by using the Metrobus, which operates along Insurgentes and Reforma. However, keep in mind that there are plenty of places in and around the neighborhood that are perfect for a leisurely stroll.
If you bring your car, you can park it inside the building. In this area, you'll also find parking meters, as well as public parking space available for use.
Other Things to Note:
You may not leave your bags in the lobby/reception area.
Due to the superior location of this apartment, you may encounter occasional urban noise. However, we can provide noise-canceling earplugs if requested.
The use of drugs is strictly forbidden.
Please remember not to leave your furry friend alone inside the Kukun and to keep it on a leash in common areas.
If you require extra cleaning, this service has an additional cost which varies by type of apartment: 1BR units are MX$500 2BR units MX$600 and 3BR units are MX$700 including taxes

If you need a central, safe and elegant place to stay, I highly recommend this beautiful, spacious apartment. The foks at Kukun have thought of every detail. I loved that they had laundry soap, tp, paper towels and water upon arrival in the apartment. Although there's an OXXO half a block away, it's nice to not have to deal with these minor details when you check in and all you want to do is settle in and rest.
The apartment is very spacious with high ceilings and plenty of space to move around. There is good shower pressure and plenty of space in the walk-in-closet. The shampoo dispenser was a bit worn, but the hand soap and shower gel were well stocked. I didn't get to make a meal, but I checked the cooking gear and there was the necessary equipment to make a meal for a small dinner party. I would have loved to have shown off the tastefully decorated apartment, but didn't have time to host anyone this time.
The location is the best part yet. It's right on Reforma on the Zona Rosa side so it's close to work and fun: 4-star restaurants, 5-star hotels, taquerias, fun bars and even a bona fide mall at 222 Reforma. It's also a short walk from Roma Norte, one of CDMX's most charming neighborhoods.
I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
