Welcome to a high-situated house in the deep beech forest on the border with Skåne. Here there is time for recovery and quality time in the lush garden surrounded by horse paddocks. Here there is the opportunity to disconnect from everyday stress with a good book on the balcony, compose today's lunch in the outdoor kitchen, get active on the trampoline or take a walk in one of the nature reserves, Djupa dal or Skinsagylte which are located very close by. Wood-burning sauna in a separate house on the plot. The house is functional but simply furnished in an older style. Inside the small hallway, the kitchen takes over with an adjacent sink area which is very practical. The cooking facilities are good and a small table with chairs is available to sit at while cooking and frying on the stove. In the living room with a larger table and accompanying sofa, there is room for everyone to eat meals together and space for fellowship in front of the fireplace and TV for streaming your own channel selection. A bedroom downstairs with a double bed also has a junior bed and a cot available but which can be placed in another room if needed. From here you can also go out onto the balcony. The bathroom is spacious and has both a shower and a washing machine. A narrow staircase leads you up to the upper floor which has 2 more bedrooms with two single beds in each. One of them, however, has an extra bed next to the real bed. Up here there is also a children's and youth room with books, games and the opportunity to relax on the mattresses on the floor. The house has many nooks and crannies that arouse curiosity, excitement and imagination about its history. The easiest way to get to this house is by car, but from here it is not far to the beaches in Karlshamn and the Pukavik area. From Nogersund, at the far end of Listerlandet's cape, you can go on a day trip by boat over to beautiful Hanö. For those interested in music, there are several festivals and events in the area and in Hällevik you can watch Allsvenskan football at Strandvallen.
