Perfectly situated in heart of downtown West Palm Beach in Grandview Heights, this studio apartment is walking distance to all that the city has to offer.
Designed to incorporate all of your living needs within our clean, modern, and bohemian-inspired surroundings our spaces are complete with Parachute linens, Apple TVs, Public Goods amenities, Tuft & Needle Mattresses, and high-end furnishing from Restoration Hardware, Crate & Barrel, West Elm, Article, and more. This studio apartment includes a complete kitchen, one full bathroom, and an open concept living room/bedroom all designed to allow your mind to escape the flurry of everyday life. The yard is a shared space with the other guests staying in the house on the same property.
Street parking is free and available to all guests. Climbing stairs are required to access the apartment.
We offer a seamless and contactless self check-in process. After booking, you will receive a link to fill out our security verification portal, and once your reservation date arrives you will receive all of the details you need to access the apartment via our keyless entry system. We will be available by email and text should you need anything before and during your experience.

This is a really great property. The only issue might be in the hot months were the air conditioner is not able to cover the sleeping area and so its also not really suitable for digital nomads that would like to work in the day as its too hot. You might need to also wash the dishes before you use them but otherwise this was a really wonderful little place - close walking distance to CityPlace.
