Welcome to Austin's newest luxury Downtown high-rise, 48th East Ave.! Known for its state-of-the-art amenities and the best location in the city, be ready to be blown away by the views from our 24th-floor balcony and the rooftop pool! We didn't spare any expense to give you a 5-star, luxury Downtown experience. (We are the only unit that offers 1-night free VALET PARKING. The cost is $40/night, and we cover it for you! 1 night maximum for 1 car).
The condo features 10’ ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows so you can enjoy the scenic city views from inside as well. The natural light pours into the living space which includes a luxury queen bed, a plush sofa and a 55inch smart TV to recharge after a day in the city. If you have some work to get done, work at the dining table in the kitchen area or enjoy the views from the desk overlooking the city.
As you enter the condo, you are greeted by an open living area that is spacious and inviting. Make sure to notice the perfect dining area and the high-end appliances in the kitchen as you rush towards the balcony to check out the amazing views. If you look to the left you have the perfect view of the jewel of the city, Lady Bird Lake! If you look straight you get to enjoy Austin's growing skyline and DT views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and granite countertops. The dining area features a beautiful table and chairs. The condo has both a washer and a dryer.

We had a great weekend staying in Austin and staying in this condo. The communication was great and the condo was perfect. We walked over to Rainey street and enjoyed music, food and drinks. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. Thank you!
