The Space:

Upon entering, guests will be delighted to find a spacious floor plan. The kitchen is located to the right shortly after entering the apartment. The kitchen features beautiful cabinetry and granite countertops. The black, matching appliances really tie everything together. Our guests will enjoy full-size appliances; refrigerator, freezer, over-the-range microwave, stove, oven, and dishwasher. The cabinets offer plentiful storage space and are fully stocked with all basic cookware and kitchen necessities. All cookware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, cutlery, knives, and glassware will be provided. We will also provide a coffee maker. The breakfast bar features two barstools and makes for a great place to eat a quick meal.
Across from the kitchen, guests will find the first bedroom. This space is considered the guest bedroom and features 2 queen beds, cable TV, dresser, closet for storage, window for natural light, ceiling fan, and access to the guest bathroom. The guest bathroom features a double vanity sink, tub, shower, and toilet. The washer and dryer are located in this area as well.
Entering the living room, guests will be amazed by the luxury furnishings and upscale décor. This area is, by far, the most relaxing space in the apartment. The living area features a sofa that converts to a sleeper sofa, accent chairs, gas fireplace, large TV, ceiling fan, small table and chairs, luxury blackout curtains, and access to the private balcony. The oversized balcony offers views of the intercoastal waterway, terrace, and marina. Our guests truly enjoy relaxing on the balcony and watching boats come and go. Above all, the sunset from this unit is absolutely gorgeous.
The last room in the condo is the master suite. This bedroom features a king-size bed, dresser, closet for storage, TV with basic cable, ceiling fan, access to the private balcony, and it's own private bathroom. Yes, you read correctly! This condo offers 2 private balconies; one in the living room, and the second is located in the master bedroom. The oversized master bathroom features double sink vanity, oversized mirror, tub, toilet, and a walk-in shower. Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, dishwasher pods, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. We provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom.
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi.

Lastly, it's extremely important to note that the minimum age to book the property is 21. The name on the reservation is the only person who will be able to pick up their room key, and no exceptions will be made.

My wife and I stayed at this property from December 5th - December 8th for a Christmas shopping getaway. The property is on the 12th floor, well maintained and offered awesome views! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything that we needed during our stay. Valet parking is available but we didn't use it - there was ample parking available and the weather was good.The check-in process left a little to be desired (no fault of the property owner). Once the check-in staff realized we rented our room via VRBO, we were told to go and sit and another person would bring us our room keys. We received our keys with no welcome of any kind, no information about amentities, restaurants, etc. Instead, we were simply handed the keys and we were left to search for the elevator. We would definitely stay here again and had a very enjoyable time other than the lack of concern/help shown at check-in (and they were not busy). Don't hesitate to book this property, location is great and convenient to just about everything.

Great vacation for me and my family even though it rained off and on the entire time. The resort amenities helped keep the kiddos excited.

The description of this property on VRBO uses words such as “Luxury!”, “Four Diamond Resort!”and “Upscale” frequently. The outdated condition of this unit does not match these descriptions. The rugs are ripped and stained, a leather armchair (prominent in the photos) is ripped down the seat in two places. The ceiling fan in one bedroom is so loose and noisy that it was unuseable. The description also emphasizes the “oversized balcony off the living room…that our guests truly enjoy relaxing on…” and off the primary bedroom, a second private balcony (they even write, “Yes, you read that right!”). Due to the horrible condition of the balcony furniture, we were unable to use these areas other than to stand at the railing (unless we dragged the unit furniture outside).Additionally, the kitchen, which is described as having “beautiful cabinets that offer plentiful storage space and are fully stocked” actually have the largest primary cabinets locked and unaccessible. We chose this property for an extended, month-long stay, and not just a quick week or weekend get-away. Our decisions were based on the amenities we thought we would need and use for that period. The condition of the furniture, rugs, balconies and kitchen make us feel misled, and that is very unfortunate. We contacted the property managers about these issues and were told that the best they could do was to make the owner aware of them. No changes were made.
