- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- Pets are not allowed.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.

We booked this property (both front house & back house) to host a Living Celebration of Life for my momma who was diagnosed with stage 4b terminal cervical cancer. The host/property owner was quick to address any issues we had, which honestly just making them aware of damages we had noticed upon arrival to protect myself from getting any damages charges/fees). The two houses combined was more than plenty enough room for my large group of people. I think all in all we had 27-28. Equal number of kids & adults. The issues we had were very minor. There was not enough dishware/silverware at either house to accommodate each houses total guests like it had claimed in the listing. Other than that I have no real complaints and would definitely book this locations again in the future. Great location, quiet neighborhood and basically central to everything Galveston. The front house sways very noticeably lol, something none of us were prepared for but should have known given the house is on stilts and the first 3 days of our stay was high winds and tons of rain.

Its a decent find. Close to the port for our cruise. But it looked like the house had not been cleaned in a while. All the blankets were super dusty. The kitchen was ill equipped. Everything was dusty but the beds. They looked like they had been changed. Just hair every where. The neighborhood is questionable to walk around. Bugs!!!! Which the listing warned us about. But still un pleasant. The plus side is that it was large enough for my family. It was only one night. And we had an amazing inspite of.
