The space
As a guest here, you have the entire condo to yourself - all the rooms and amenities. You have 2 parking spots located right in front of the home. There is a spot for another car in a nearby parking lot/visitors spots. You'll be given a door code for contactless entry into the home and the WiFi and resort information on arrival.
You also have access to all of the resort amenities, including the recently renovated 18-hole championship golf course and practice facility, outdoor lakefront saltwater pool, indoor Olympic-size pool, private beaches, walking trails, gazebo, full fitness center, basketball court, tennis/pickleball court, playground, parks, marina, boat rentals, canoe, kayak and paddleboard rentals. Extra fees may apply for golfing
Guest access
The terrain within Keowee Key is forested, rolling hills. For those without mobility concerns, there is a walking path directly in front of the home to enable quick walking
(5-10 minutes) to the South Marina or the South Pool. The Club, Fitness Center, Dog Park, and beaches are within a short (less than 5 minute) drive. There are two parking spaces available for guests directly in front of the unit. There is a 25$ gate pass fee for each vehicle.

The place was nice in a very quiet gated community. A little far from campus for all of the graduation activities but perfect place for a family to stay. Nice walking paths to enjoy, but tough running those hills!! Overall a great experience!! And the gentlemen working the gate was awesome!!

We had no use of the tv the whole time we were there. I realize it was during a holiday period, but it was 95 outside, much too hot to be out there, so all I could do was read. I believe Spectrum came after we had already left. I tried the back porch area to read in the morning when it was cooler, but it was so dirty I didn’t even want to sit on the chairs. I know it is an outdoor area but the chairs didn’t look like they had been cleaned in a month or so. Pine straw and leaves even under the cushions. The porch needed a good pressure washing to get off all the loose paint and the loose boards fixed. Same thing for the dryer. No one had cleaned out the lint trap in awhile. The carpet on the stairs was also dirty. The owner needs to have a serious talk with her cleaning service.
The beds were comfy and the area is very quiet. We saw a lot of deer, even twin babies! Be careful driving there.
