Welcome to Crazy Idea! An immaculate vacation rental home located in the serene Sky Valley community of Deep Creek Lake. Boasting 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, this delightful home is the ultimate vacation destination for families, couples, or small groups looking for a relaxing and fun-filled vacation.
Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with the breathtakingly beautiful sight of the rustic exterior of the home nestled on a wooded lot. Once you open the door to this cozy log home, the bright interior is tastefully decorated with cozy furnishings throughout and highlighted by the warm hues of natural wood in its interior architecture and accent furniture.
The main living area boasts an inviting ambiance, with plenty of light filtered through windows and offering spectacular lush foliage in the late spring and summer months. It makes the perfect escape for enjoying the changing colors of leaves come fall. Or sit by the wood-burning stone fireplace with a cup of cocoa after a day of skiing or snowboarding at the nearby Wisp resort.
You will enjoy comfortable seating arrangements upstairs with a flat-screen TV, providing the perfect spot for family movie nights or curling up with a good book. Downstairs you will find another living space with a couch that doubles as a sleeper sofa and an air hockey table. This makes for the perfect retreat to entertain older children and teens all night long while adults enjoy conversation over wine in the main room in peace.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make cooking and cleanup a breeze. Just off the kitchen, set the table for six and enjoy the fresh air through the sliding door as you eat a delicious meal cooked out on the grill in casual comfort.
At night, retire to one of the three large bedrooms of your choice and tuck yourself away in the soft bedding for a sound and peaceful sleep. Two of the bedrooms feature queen-sized beds, while the third features a double bed and double bunks perfect for children or teens. There are also three and a half well-appointed full bathrooms, with modern fixtures and plenty of fluffy towels to make your stay more comfortable.
The outdoor space at Crazy Idea features two large decks for enjoying the surrounding trees or a cocktail at sunset, a gas grill for family cookouts, and a firepit that will provide the perfect camping experience only steps from your indoor retreat.
