This huge space is designed for relaxation. With beautiful hardwood floors and lots of character, this 1930's upstairs apartment is larger than many homes. The apartment sleeps up to 8 people. With a living room, two dining areas, two office spaces, a sunroom/reading nook, and three large bedrooms, there is plenty of room for everyone. It's conveniently located close to downtown, National Military Park, Sports Force Park, and all that Vicksburg has to offer.

We were in town for Miss Mississippi and stayed at this lovely upstairs apartment! With 4 people, we knew we’d need more than a hotel room and this apartment fit the bill beautifully and was within our budget!We loved our stay and even though we ran into a few things to note, we’ve already discussed that we hope to rent again next year if our girls are Magnolia Belles again! The location of this apartment is great! Wonderful proximity to everything we needed. The neighborhood has a few questionable areas, but we were never bothered. The next door neighbor even gave us an afternoon sousaphone serenade for about an hour while he practiced! It was so fun! My girls loved it. I probably just didn’t catch it in the listing but there is NO CENTRAL AC in this apartment! We were there in June and when we first walked in it was HOT. The A/C remotes for the in room units didn’t make a lot of sense to us either, so we just pushed buttons and prayed. It was pretty warm in the afternoon, but it’s Mississippi in June…that happens. We ran into a few small issues but they were quickly fixed or addressed (needed batteries for the Roku remotes and there was a roof leak in one of the rooms), and the home does need some TLC in places (soft areas on porch, dusty fans, some general old home type stuff), but overall we truly enjoyed our stay! Tim and Lucy were so helpful. You won’t regret a stay in this charming older home!

This was a great place to spend the night. It’s a really cute old house. We loved the many original features that are still in the house. Everything was very clean. The hosts were very nice and helpful. If you appreciate old houses, this is a good place for you.

Our family stayed in this lovely home rather than a hotel and we all enjoyed it! Plenty of space for 5 of us and room to spread out. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The check in and check out process was simple and smooth. We will enjoy staying here again in the future when traveling through Vicksburg!
