All the comforts are there for stays with family, friends or even for work.
Ideally located in the department of Eure-et-Loir, you will be 55 kilometers from Chartes and 140 kilometers from Paris, 15 minutes from Nogent le Retrou (a train station is located in this town). The Center-Val-de-Loire region is a true paradise for nature lovers. The green hills, lush forests and quiet meadows offer many possibilities for hiking, cycling and outdoor activities.
At the gateway to Perche, the peaceful atmosphere of the village will allow you to enjoy a moment of tranquility, far from the hustle and bustle of big cities. When you enter this pretty house, you will find in a warm room: the lounge area, kitchen (SENSEO coffee maker), dining room, Wifi.
To the right of the entrance is the first bedroom (on the ground floor), with a 140cm bed, with a baby bed.
The corridor leading to the stairs serves the bathroom (bath + WC), as well as the laundry room next door (washing machine).
Upstairs, you will find a landing room with board games, children's games and a convertible bed (140cm) + a single bed (90cm). Finally, you will find the bedroom at the back (140cm).
Outside, the garden is enclosed - you can enjoy the terrace, with a pergola and a barbecue garden furniture to have a good time on sunny days. A darts game is available under the shelter.
