A dream holiday!
On the hills, in the heart of the quiet, residential Barbigoua district, this beautiful, fully-renovated, air-conditioned villa measures 167 m.
The ground floor comprises a living room with a well-equipped open-plan kitchen and dining area, a master bedroom with bathroom and dressing room (fitted with cot), and a separate toilet with washbasin.
On the 1st floor, you will find 3 bedrooms, a shower room and separate toilet.
The decoration and materials have been chosen with great taste.
Enclosed grounds of approx. 1,500 m² offering a heated swimming pool with sun loungers and 4 parasols, a pergola, landscaped terraces overlooking the pool and close to the boulodrome with lounge and sun loungers.

Just 5 minutes from La Croix Valmer town centre with its shops, Sunday market and beaches (Landing and Gigaro).
