About this house rental
Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to 3 public beaches.
Open floor plan, renovated 4 bedroom, 3 bath beachside home. 0.3 miles to Veterans Beach and 0.5 miles to Kalmus Beach. Classy updated decor.
High speed internet and A/C throughout the house.
Private backyard with patio and barbeque area overlooking Snow Creek.
Walk to Main St. for dining and shopping, or to Ocean Street to catch the ferry to either Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard.
Main level has open space entrance, living room. dining room. kitchen and a 4 season porch. Separate 1 bedroom, 1 bath living room & kitchenette for the in-laws.
Up a short flight of stairs from the main level there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths.
Primary has a queen bed, guest bedroom has 2 twins, and the third bedroom has a full size bed and an additional twin trundle.
Garden level apartment has its own bedroom (king bed), full bath, living area and kitchen. One sofa in the living room converts to a pull out for an occasional guest.
Basement has a play area and washer/dryer. Private backyard and outside shower.
Parking for 4. Beach pass is provided allowing access to Barnstable beaches. This pass is good for any one car. Linens, blankets, towels, kitchenware, kitchen water filtered, patio furniture, beach chairs, umbrella and use of bikes and canoe.
No smoking. July and August are Saturday to Saturday rentals.
Well behaved trained pets considered for an additional fee.

The house was well situated and within walking distance to beaches and the Martha’s Vineyard ferry. The bonus was having a separate suite and backyard. There were 7 of us (two teens) and we all enjoyed the amenities of the home. The description posted online was very accurate. The washing machine was a little temperamental but the property manager communicated immediately and we were able to figure it out. The house was clean and had everything we needed to “move right in”.
