Condo 813 is situated on the 8th floor of Shores of Panama, with designated parking on the same level. This completely updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit features a King Master Bedroom that overlooks the Gulf. The double balcony, located in the center of the building on the 8th floor, offers stunning views of both our beautiful lagoon pool and the Gulf.
The second bedroom accommodates three guests with a full bunk bed, a single bed on top, and its own private door to the bathroom. The condo also includes a new queen sleeper sofa and loveseat. The kitchen is well-equipped, complete with a Keurig coffee maker and a crock pot, as well as a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy the view of the picturesque Shores of Panama lagoon-style pool, Pineapple Willy's Restaurant, and the expansive Gulf. It’s the perfect spot to savor coffee, breakfast, snacks, or cocktails! The location was everything. We loved the view of the pool and the beach. Quick trip down the elevated, across the pool area and easy access to the beach. The boardwalk also had hoses and shower heads to wash off the sand. Unit was easily accessible - on the 8th floor with a dedicated parking spot on the 8th floor garage. The host was extremely communicative, professional, and accommodating when we had alterations to the plan. The condo itself was under renovation, which did not bother us in the slightest. Progress being made :) The unit was well decorated, but many of the attempts of renovation inside the unit left much to be desired - for instance, they didn't finish the floor in the 2nd bedroom to the closet; just stopped laying floor up to that point; pieced together baseboards, handicapped handles oddly placed and wrong sized.... just very obvious shortcuts were made that took away from vibe.
Lastly, the cleanliness left much to be desired - hairs on the bathroom vanity, dirty floors, something was in the dryer that left black streaks all over our clothes. We are the kind that take our shoes off in the house. We did that upon entering and our feet immediately came up black. Wish we would have brought some house shoes with us :)
Overall we would book the unit again

The unit was exactly as described. The host made sure we had everything we needed for check-in as well as communicated check out procedures. The whole process was very smooth and without issues. The property was beautiful. The only concern I had was there was some construction going on which would have been nice to know prior to arriving; made for some noisy early mornings.

Tiny second bedrooom with short bunk beds. Condo under construction. Indoor pool and hot tub was smelly with heavy humidity and without natural lighting. Beach view was good!
