The resort STRICTLY enforces occupancy limits, with a maximum of 6 guests. 1 parking spot included(there is no availability at this resort for additional parking spots, if more than 1 is needed, guest will have to go through the city for parking garages). Views and location were amazing! Condo could use some updating, but nothing that would prevent us from staying again. The furnishings were comfortable and updated. The dishwasher did not work well. We used it as a drying rack instead. Otherwise the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Check-in went smoothly, outside of the card machine not accepting cards with an expiration date of the year 2030. Friday afternoon (we left Saturday am) the hall bathroom light randomly stopped working and did not work again while we were in the condo. I called the front desk and someone did initially respond quickly and checked the brakers, but to my knowledge they never came back. Overall, this was my family's first trip to VA beach and we had a great time and would stay in this condo again.
