A former hunting lodge for Vauban, the Domaine de la Vieille Borde will allow you to discover Burgundy, its wild nature and
its renowned gastronomy.
Located in Burgundy, in the Yonne department, in the Morvan Regional Natural Park, in the middle of a green natural setting, the Domaine de la Vieille Borde includes 6 comfortable cottages.
Comfortable cottage for 6 people with shared swimming pool located in Burgundy near Vézelay, in the Morvan Natural Park.
Located in the Domaine de la Vieille Borde, this cottage of character welcomes you in a quiet environment.
This detached cottage has a plot with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue.
On the first floor, large living room with wood fireplace and 3-seater sofa and 3 armchairs, large fitted kitchen, bathroom with shower, separate toilet, a large bedroom with a double bed (1.60m).
Upstairs, bathroom with bath, separate toilet, two large bedrooms with two single beds (0.90m).
Free access to the shared heated swimming pool (from 15 June to 30 September).
With its 60 hectares, in the heart of a national forest, distilling the charm of its old stones in a spacious and bucolic environment, the estate will help you find calm, relaxation, serenity, meditation.
Ideal for sharing a family stay, the estate offers free access to its large shared heated swimming pool (14m x 7m). It is also equipped with a sauna on request.
Included in the prices: electricity, water, heating, bedding (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases) as well as access to the heated swimming pool
OPENING OF THE SWIMMING POOL FROM MAY 15 TO SEPTEMBER 15 and depending on the weather conditions of the moment
Not included in the prices: towels, bath accessories, sauna (60 euros for a one-hour session, max 5 people) and wood for the winter (supplement 35 euros for the weekend and 60 euros for a week)
Security deposits:
- €1000.00 on the day of arrival for 1 or more gîtes (refundable at the end of one month according to the legislation if no damage, breakage or loss is noted)
- €1500.00 on the day of arrival for weddings, ceremonies, seminars and various gatherings (refundable after one month according to the legislation in force if no damage, breakage or loss is noted)
- Pets are accepted under the conditions of the owner's agreement: €300.00 on the day of arrival for pets (returned on the day of departure if no damage or breakage is noted) - Cleaning supplement of €15 for the stay
