The remodeled 1940's home gives you modern comforts with historical warmth! Located a short walk from the beautiful Medina River and Bandera City Park, it is easy to enjoy the serenity and wildlife of the Hill Country. Enjoy our front porch for coffee or backyard deck to wind down. If live music, dancing, and action are more your style, we are located less than a mile from all the action and shops downtown Bandera offers! Family-friendly hiking is a block away along a wooded park trail adjacent to the river. The bungalow is nestled on a 1/3 acre corner lot and is dog-friendly with a ranch-fenced back yard, fully secure for all but the smallest of dogs. Your entire family will love it!

This is one of the BEST Vrbo rentals I've ever rented! It was so clean with a well stocked kitchen and bathroom. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio and using the grill. Very peaceful and relaxing with a lot of deer wondering around. I would recommend staying here in a heart beat!

Sad to leave this cute, quiet, clean, roomy, well-apportioned home away from home. We relaxed and worked and slept like a dream. Perfect deck, fire pit, and yard for entertaining while the front porch was a favorite rocking & sipping & reading spot. The neighborhood birds and deer and kitties were fun to watch yet no problem for us. We hope to return soon for another working vacation in quaint little Bandera. Owners were a dream to work with. Cute vintage cottage is nicely supplied and very clean It was great to have covered parking. I chose this property specifically for the fenced in yard. We were disappointed that it wasn’t secure for our small dog and we had to keep him on the leash. Otherwise we enjoyed our short stay.

The house was very clean, the owners were very nice and communicated everything throughout the process. The bungalow is amazing. Everything you could ever need plus more. We brought our 2 yellow labs with us. The back yard was perfect for running and playing. There are lots of places to take them for walks and Bandera is pretty dog friendly too. If you are contemplating this place, go for it, you won’t be disappointed and neither will your pups!

We were in town for the Eclipse festival..My band was playing at the event...we stay in so many hotels so lately we have been trying to find little bunglows so it will feel more like home..even if it is just overnight..Everything was perfect. The other singer and I were practicing a few of the back up vocals on a song sitting on the front porch in the big red rockers (Too cute) and from out of no where about 12 cats came out to give a listen...There were several just coming up on the porch to relax and listen...and there were also 4 deer that came out of the woods to also check it out..they stoff there listening until we stopped. (about 20 minutes) We were just singing without instruments to practice harmonies. That was sooo very cool. The inside of the house was awesome...the owners thought of everything..it is just perfect, clean and very comfy. We perform in Bandera once a year at least for festivals and we will definitely rent from them again...Thanks you so much for such a wonderful stay and great memories of the kitties and deer! Susan

We come to Bandera frequently, this house was Perfect! Cozy with plenty of room. Decor was very nice, comfortable Bed and they have everything you need. We brought our pups they loved roaming the large fenced-in backyard watching the deer walking up and down the street. Located in a quite neighborhood, yet just a few minutes from everything. We will definitely stay again!

We had a terrific experience at Terri's Bandera cottage. We liked being on the peaceful edge of town with easy access to parks and the Medina river. Yet downtown, with shops, restaurants, the library, and the supermarket, is an easy walk. The cottage is very tastefully furnished and well equipped. We lacked nothing. Highly recommended!
