★ FUNCTIONAL AND WARM ★ VILLA

The villa is suitable to accommodate various groups, ranging from a couple, families of 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 people, up to a maximum of 15 people. The villa includes:
- Two large lounges, one of which has a sea view.

- A dining room with a traditional and convivial table for 12 to 14 people (sea view).

- A fully equipped kitchen: fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, blender...: everything you need to make a superb meal.

- A prayer room with its ablution corner and library for lovers of reading and napping:)

- A children's bedroom with 2 double beds and 2 single beds (bunk beds).

- Two master bedrooms with sea view.

- An outbuilding with 1 bed and 2 sofas (which can be opened from 12 people).

- Each room has its own bathroom: walk-in shower, toilet and sink.

- 2 outdoor terraces with sofa including a sea view and a great sunset.

- A changing room near the pool: toilet, sink and shower. Extremely practical because children don't need to go into the house to pee:)

- An outdoor shower in front of the pool to get wet before jumping into the water.

★ FOR BARBECUE ★ LOVERS

- Outdoor kitchen: barbecue, traditional oven, dining table for 14 people, lounge area, sink, and electrical outlet.

★ FOR YOUNG AND OLD ALIKE ★

- Synthetic football pitch: a great space to have fun with the family and finally see what MAMAN is worth with the ball at his feet:)

- Playground with swing, slide and climbing wall.

- Petanque court with bowls for the little ones and others for the more experienced.

★ THE POOL ★

- Large 12.50 meter long pool that will allow you to do a few laps, teach your child to swim or just have fun doing great dives.

- The pool is cleaned every day, very early in the morning by the caretaker. A swimming pool specialist comes twice a week, early in the morning, to check the chlorine, the ph...

★ HIKING AND THE BEACH ★

Yes, the villa is located in an ideal place to go on a few hikes and discover superb landscapes.

And if you walk a little, you will come face to face with the beautiful sandy beach of Sidi Mghayth or Rmilat.

★ FROM OPPOSITE? ★

- The villa and everything it includes (gardens, swimming pool, terraces, balconies,...) are totally private. There will be only you in the house.
