Villa Matahari Cosy&stylish 3BR private villa 10mins to Finns Beach

L’assistante qui gérer notre séjour pour l’établissement était au top ! La villa est spacieuse et agréable.

La villa a un peu vieilli donc ne ressemble pas à 100% aux photos, notamment le ponton à l’entrée dont le bois a bien vieilli et les salles de bain qui serait bien de refaire car on a du faire intervenir la femme de ménage et un plombier.

i loved the plants around the pool, the decoration, furniture in general was very thoughtful and reminded me of maledives, overall its cute and i can recommend :)

Layout and aesthetically pleasing

On arrival we had blood stained sheets and had to make it very clear we needed them changed immediately. And extra sheets to be added to the bed as they only have a thin comforter on the beds. The communication with the manager was slow, we were in the airport departing Aus and still hadn’t received communication about how to get into the villa. Lots of things broken like sun lounges, Perspex roof sheeting, fan switch, aircon remote, shower heads. Things were dirty, we had to ask for the ceiling fan to be cleaned, the towels and bedding were very worn, and discolored. We had to ask for hand towels in the bathrooms and tea towels for the kitchen because there were none. The water pressure is terrible. There are animals making mess with the bins, cat comes inside to kitchen bin and dogs tipped the bin outside at the front entrance and it was left for almost 24 hours before staff came to clean it. There is no in person management only cleaning staff. Anything that needed to be attended to had to wait until the next day when the cleaners would come. Other villas I’ve stayed in always have insect control like coils, sprays, plug in oil for bedroom - this villa had nothing we had to buy all that ourselves.
