Diciamo che non bisogna fermarsi alle apparenze esterne perché l’edificio è proprio messo male, ma l’appartamento all’interno è stato rifatto da poco e non manca veramente nulla.

Sauber und recht vollständige Küche sogar mit Küchentüchern.
Lose Bodenfliesen mit breiten Rissen dazwischen, Schimmel in der Dusche. Keine Trittschalldämmung – man hört jeden Schritt der Nachbarn über dem Schlafzimmer. Keine Pflanzen wie auf den Fotos. Störender Geruch nach kaltem Rauch gemischt mit Duftstecker. Küchenbrett riecht nach verdorbenem Fisch.
