Super schöne und ästhetische Wohnung, viel Platz, auch in den Schränken, tolle Badezimmer, die beiden unterschiedlich hohen Gesundheits-Matratzen: sehr gute Qualität, (die von anderen Gästen bemängelte Unverstellbarkeit der Betten lässt sich beheben, indem man den Stecker in die Steckdose steckt), Küche sehr gute Ausstattung, gut funktionierende Klimaanlagen, (allerdings nur in einem Schlafraum und im großen Wohnraum) niedlicher kleiner Balkon für zwei Personen mit schönem Meer/Hafenblick, super praktisch ist der Tiefgaragenplatz, fußläufig alles gut erreichbar, auch Fußgängerzone, Traumstrand Las Teresitas mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar, idealer Standort, um die Insel zu besichtigen (wenn man nicht in einer Hotelburg oder fernab der Zivilisation leben möchte)-> theoretisch volle Punktzahl ;)

Seltsamerweise hängen Kameras in der Wohnung (haben wir verhüllt), die Wohnung wirkt im Ganzen ungepflegt (alles leicht dreckig, Staubsauger funktioniert nicht, die Bettdecken und Innenkissen werden typischerweise nicht nach jedem Gast gewaschen), aber es gibt eine Waschmaschine!!!! Buena ubicación. Se puede ir andando a toda la zona céntrica de Santa Cruz. Fueron amables y nos dejaron entrar 2 horas antes de la hora que estaba fijada.

Algunos detalle se puede mejorar en un apartamento que se supone de cierta categoría, como que solo hay una mini pastilla de jabón de manos en cada baño, así como un rollo de papel higiénico para toda la semana y no hay gel de baño. El coste de estas cosas creo que es mínimo, en relación al precio que se paga. En las fotos de Booking, aparece en el salón un sofá que se extiende para estirar las piernas y que no se corresponde con el que realmente hay, que es fijo. En uno de los dormitorios hay una luz que se enciende con el movimiento y si por la noche se levanta alguien, esa luz se enciende (después de 2 noches vimos como de desconecta el sensor) Las camas de ese dormitorio son muy blandas

Lovely modern spacious apartment. The beds and bedding were so comfortable, especially the orthopaedic beds. There was more than ample storage space, lots of wardrobes and draws, plus full length mirrors were great. The kitchen was well equipped, with everything you would need during your stay. There was constant hot water for showering etc. Having a washing machine with a drying room was ideal for a weeks stay. The security of the building was excellent. We found driving six floors down to the parking bay was challenging being from England (opposite side of car and road to what we are use to) but it was priceless having a designated parking space as there is hardly any on street parking in Santa Cruz. The air conditioning was good. There was a modern big TV. The WiFi was great. There is a big supermarket across the road, it was so cheap and had a great selection of food and drink. The location was great, only a few minutes walk from Calle Castillo were there are loads of lovely restaurants, shops and bars. The tram stop is also close by. We loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat.

The only disappointment thing was the settee and chairs were not the same as shown in the pictures when booking. We expected reclining settee and chairs but it has been replaced by more modern furniture which we found a bit uncomfortable. Nothing the owner can do but the neighbour noise from upstairs was occasionally loud with heavy footsteps and scraping noise, moving furniture etc. It didn't last too long though thankfully.
