The property was spacious and the location was great.

We did not get access to the property until 18:20 due to aircon being fixed, we were not given access to put cases in so lost the whole day as we arrived at 11am which I had explained before we departed. This was the Saturday We were given only one set of keys, but you are not able to leave the gated community unless you have a key, so we were restricted on what we could do on the Sunday. On the Monday at 09:43 I requested more keys, we had to wait we were told until the afternoon, which we were happy to do, at almost 4pm I asked where the keys were and was told after 5pm, so again sat around waiting and our day was spent stuck at the community The boys hired bikes but need the keys to get back in, and also could not leave, as everything required the key, the gates to access community, the pool to get in and out! Also to secure the property. At 17:51 I message again for the keys, was told 15 mins. At 18:48 we were still waiting so I message again… 19:00 she replied. At 19:30 she arrived Another day wasted! So far our weekend now the Monday! The TV was not watchable as it’s location is not viewable from the sofa. There were no cereal bowls. So had to eat cereal from a saucepan. Apart from that the rest of our trip was okay. But losing the first 3 days like that was not good!!
