Proprietaria accogliente. Posizione ottima, a 5 min dalla spiaggia di Marinella e da un Agriturismo Bio Isca delle Donne davvero fantastico. Casa fresca malgrado assenza di condizionatore ( o meglio i condizionatori c'erano, ma non erano utilizzabili). Parcheggio privato interno molto comodo. Wifi funzionante. Biancheria pulita a disposizione. Frigo acceso con una bottiglia d'acqua fresca all' interno. Prezzo assolutamente correlato all' offerta.
Casa con tante potenzialità, ma con arredo vecchio, avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione anche esterna. Letto matrimoniale piccolissimo e con rete scomoda. La stanza più grande con 2 lettini scomodissimi con rete. Scarico del bagno con rumore assordante ad ogni scarico. Scarsa regolazione della temperatura della doccia. Zanzariere da rifare.Tavoletta del Water non pulita all'arrivo, sedie sporche, cmq c'erano tanti prodotti per la pulizia e abbiamo provveduto a lavare...

Toilet flash not working properly -very difficult to flush. We we’re advised not to use the washing machine. General cleanliness and quality of furnitures is poor / very basic. One bedroom advertised as double bed is very small, bed sheets clean but not matching, no cleaning products in the house.
