A/C, newly renovated bathroom
No bedclothes for a sofa because they are provided ''when the apartment is booked for three adults'' (we are a couple with a 5-year old) The bed is old and creaky, and from one side supported by a discarded computer case A bit of noise from the street, as the apartment is on the ground floor Overall, apart from the bathroom, the apartment is a bit shabby. This is my personal opinion, but I just don't see how it carries a 9.6 rating at the time of writing.
