This is a beautiful hotel with very nice villas! The hotel has great food. We paid an additional 1000 USD, and we had everything we wanted brought to our villa. Staff was very kind. This is really good rest. I recommend this place! It is a really luxury

It's not always a great cleaning service. The staff needs to improve their English skills. But overall, it's a great experience for my family. Thank you!

- The houses are very large, fresh, and clean, providing a comfortable and spacious place to relax. - The private swimming pool is awesome. A small tip: you need to ask the staff to turn on the lights for the pool during the evening, as this cannot be done from the house. - The staff is very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. - The on-site facilities, including the waterpark, gaming room, and tennis court, are quite basic but still enjoyable. - Free transportation to the beach is available, where the hotel also has a restaurant for guests.

- Food service was a significant issue. Since there is no buffet, all meals must be ordered à la carte, which resulted in consistently long waiting times. On top of that, we often received the wrong dish. - Communication with the staff was very difficult. While some staff members could speak a little English, most primarily spoke Turkish, which created a significant language barrier and made it hard to communicate effectively. - The hotel's app for ordering food and room service was completely unreliable and buggy. It was impossible to use, and we had to rely on a WhatsApp group to communicate with staff for everything we needed.

Excellent service starting with our arrival from a pre-arranged airport transfer with beautiful flowers,chilled drinks and chocolate strawberries. Special mention to head of customer relations Malika who showed us around our spectacular 3 bedroomed villa with pool and hot tub and true gratitude to our fabulous butler Halichan who was patient,polite and responsive to all our requests, whether it was for delicious food and drinks as well as transportation to destinations like Land of Legends which is nearby. We were a group of 6 , ranging from age 16 to 85, so we had different needs and wants that were accommodated by the team 24 hours a day. We loved the group What's app group that we could all join that linked us directly to our butler and customer relations team and anything that we had questions for were answered swiftly and positively to provide a seamless first class service by Halichan, Malika and Ibrahim. There was a breakfast menu on the app comprising of Turkish dishes, omelettes, granola, porridge, cheese and ham selections, that were delivered to the villa along with juices of your choice.There was an extensive menu for lunch and dinner eg steak, pastas, grilled fish, burgers, pizzas-all cooked to perfection and was regularly used by the children who could place their order directly. There is also a selection of desserts and cocktails that were delivered at any time of the day that we consumed with great joy. The villa was spectacular-we had 3 bedrooms-2 were doubles and one was a twin but had 3 bathrooms to use and lots of toiletries were provided eg shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, toothbrushes, shaving foam. Towels and bathrobes were changed regularly too. We had our own pool to use as well as a rooftop hot tub, but in addition, you could use the on site spa that had a jacuzzi and steam room and pool. Our 85 year old grandfather had a wonderful body treatment that we paid extra for but it was worth it!

I would recommend the room service for food orders if you have a large group, especially teenagers who want to eat asap, as the restaurant one night had some issues and we waited for food for a while due to logistical issues that were explained later on, but all was forgiven when we learnt that the quality restaurant dishes could be delivered directly to the villa. We loved everything about our stay and can not fault it.
