barking dogs tied up our front as well as 2 dogs kept under the stairs that bark when anyone walks by. i have 4 dogs and absolutely am a dog lover so it was very difficult to watch these 3 dogs chained I’m outside all day and night in temperatures that were well above 90 degrees. they do bark a lot (which doesn’t bother me) and I can imagine that many American travelers would be deeply upset to see how these dogs live. In my opinion if you are going to rent a room on a person’s property you shouldn’t have a situation like this. second. Thé communication with the host was terrible. We did not get instructions for checking in until hours before. then they were random screen shots on WhatsApp. nothing clear for check in. When we mentioned that we could not figure out how to open the gate - we received a rude ‘well you’re the only ones that have ever had a problem with the gate’. mind you after walking 10 minutes in the dark to find the keys - and then walked back with dogs barking at us and a key that didn’t open the gate - somehow we were supposed to know that the gate doesn’t lock and slides open. no working wifi in the room. when I told the host this - again I received a rude response that ‘it’s worked for everyone else’ again implying that we were doing something wrong. of course they had never sent us any WiFi info prior to me contacting them. and eventually they figured out that the wifi service was not working. no apology, nothing. such rude interactions. apparently they sent a WhatsApp message on the last day with complicated check out instructions. why didn’t they tell us what the instructions were when we arrived? they are amateurs - poor communication at every point. in their mind - the customer is always wrong. very unprofessional. the room itself was fine - but the whole process of dealing with them was awful.

>De nombreuses nuisances sonores : la chambre mal étant isolée du coup on entend la télé d’ à côté, on entend et ressent les vibrations des climatisateurs dont les motorisations sont vixés au mur extérieur de cette pièce, les aboiements de chiens . > Pas toujours évident de se garer dans le coin , contrairement aux dires des gestionnaires > les remarques désobligeantes des gestionnaires quand je leur ai fait part de mon inconfort vis a vis des nuisances sonores .
