L’emplacement de l’hôtel est magnifique et conforme à l’annonce.
Le personnel n’est pas à l’écoute des clients, je trouve qu’un effort supplémentaire pourrait être envisageable. L’arrivée à l’hôtel n’était pas super, nous avons eu aucune aide pour nos bagages, je pense qu’un hôtel de ce standing pourrait nous aider à charger notre véhicule ou décharger nos valises. Les chambres étaient également nettoyé très brièvement, les chambres étaient propre mais une attention particulière pouvait être apporté à la douche italienne. Concernant le petit déjeuné, aucune viande n’est présente, uniquement des œufs.

MitarbeiterInnen und Hotelbesitzer sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Tolle Lage, direkt am Strand. Wunderbare Zimmer mit Meerblick. Tolles Essen und Cocktails. Das beste Hotel, das ich je besucht habe! Wenn ihr in Cunda seid, müsst ihr dieses Hotel buchen!!
