Everything was impeccable.
Location is perfect. It's nestled in the hills with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and sea. It's just about 20mins drive from Llandudno and Conwy. There's a nice hiking area nearby. It's spotless clean.

Its had lovely views, clean for the majority of the space we booked. The heater kept the room very warm and the hot tub maintained the temperature, we even used it during the cold winds and it was refreshing. Pillows extra soft and 4 provided for 2 people was a nice touch. If you go in the summer time they provide a bbq and it will be a better time to make use of it. Theres also a shop on site so if you do forget anything and dont want to travel into town its handy.
Lack of storage space, could do with some coat hooks inside and maybe a higher to fit bags/suitcase underneath that would be handy. Towels weren’t big enough they were more like for your hair than bath towels but a bath robe is there too, we saved those for getting out the hot tub. For the direction of the winds bare in mind its near the coast the bbq wouldnt stay lit and both lighters provided were almost bone dry of fuel. Matches were kindly given but again with the winds wouldnt stay lit so the bbq had to go in the bin sadly. The buttons on the hot tub could do with being replaced as we couldnt get the jets to work so was more like a hot bath than a hot tub.
Careful on the roads coming up as theyre a bit rough but once youre there its a peaceful place.
