Clean and comfortable

Small blow heater did nothing so cold inside. Lots of stairs and stairs not very wide so need to take care when coming down not to fall.

Newly renovated and fresh looking. Has a lockup garage. Great shower. Everything you need for a family stay. Walking distance to a beautiful beach. 20 minute brisk walk to Nelson Bay.

No air conditioning. Top level of the building so lots of stairs. Mostly clean, but quite dirty under beds. Pillow covers were dirty and yellow. Fan in bedroom made a lot of noise which made it hard to sleep. Mattresses on all beds were very uncomfortable- the worst we have ever slept on. Wifi was not great and kept cutting out.

We had a wonderful stay at Nelson Bay and we really loved our accommodation. The key collection was really easy and they provided a nice little welcome kit. The apartment was lovely, modern and clean. The shower worked perfectly for our family of 4. We loved that the beautiful beaches were walking distance and we could even walk to a couple of local cafes and restaurants. The trees surrounding the property were a buzz with beautiful Australian birds. We had some rain on the days that we were there but sitting out on the balcony, listening to the storm at night was so relaxing. The kids had plenty of space and we were able to cook and stay in when we wanted to. The stairs were a little tedious when we unloaded the luggage or the shopping but otherwise it was a great way to get the heart pumping. Nelson bay and Shoreline Apartments definitely the highlight of our summer.
