What did I like about the property? I’ve always stayed at the Oaks since it’s open. I love it there everything you would want to do is around you.
What I didn’t like about the property chasing keys when they gave us the wrong address entrance Road I kept on bringing us back to the hotel and like I said before if it wasn’t for the hotel people we would be still running around looking for keys. they should’ve been left at the hotel considering there was someone at the desk. You don’t need to make it so hard. I didn’t realise the rib was a private room 40 one. and I didn’t help or we got to the room. There was no power microwave TV and fridge. Would you know where the main switch was? We only have lights till I found the box to turn the power on. It should’ve been checked before we arrived.
