La ubicación excelente, cerca de la estación del tren. La buena atención de la que nos atendió también y la paciencia porque no hablábamos muy bien francés e inglés. Abajo tienen una panadería confitería deliciosa y al rededor hay muchos restoranes y mini Market
Solo el baño que era un poco chico. Pero está súper bien por el precio calidad

Très pratique de récupérer/rendre les clefs à la boulangerie en face. Lit 1 place confortable. Propre. Accueil très agréable

la situation géographique et le quartier est TOP La dispo du propriétaire pour la remise des clefs pour que je puisse poser ma valise et pouvoir profiter de PARIS de suite

il letto era comodo, anche se a una piazza e l'appartamento era sufficientemente pulito. Comodo per chi deve frequentare il centro congressi.
Appartamento di 10-12 mq al massimo, claustrofobico. Il bagno privo di bagnoschiuma e shampoo, con una doccia per lillipuziani, una tenda antiigienica. Molto rumoroso d'estate, nonostante sia un 5 piano, date le finestre aperte. Privo di condizionamento, c'è un ventilatore. Quando sono arrivata non c'era un targa, al numero di telefono rispondeva una segreteria telefonica e se non fosse stato per una condomina di passaggio non avrei saputo come prendere le chiavi.
