The apartment was homely and comfprtable..even in the very hot weather (38* ) you could open windows for a through flow of air and there was a an awning on the balcony. The rooms were a good size and the kitchen well equipped. The location, directly overlooking the beach and front of St Jean de Monts was excellent. We had a designated parking spot at the rear of the apartments and this worked perfectly. It was excellent value for money.
We were dissapointed to be asked to pay for the cleaning of the apartment. We do not believe that this was included in the information provided pror to our booking or stay. We would never leave an apartment dirty but the level of cleaning expected if we did not pay, was set very high and we were inspected prior to departure. Whatever the arrangements agreed by the previous occupiers we had not found the apartment entirely cleaned to the standard you would expect.

Property location is very good, right in front of the beach. Allocated parking is a bonus.
Condition of the property is not good. Bathroom and kitchen need revamping , feel like a council accommodation . Lounge is good with a view ! No elevator means access is a pain to drag luggage to floor 3 😟
