We stayed for two full weeks Saturday-to-Saturday in July 2025. We had a very comfortable stay, hard to want anything more from it. The apartment is well equipped for a couple to stay longer term, with enough kitchen utensils, good working gas stove, full size (European) fridge, washer, dishwasher, etc. The bathroom is spacious, and also well equipped. Bedroom has a king-size bed, which we found very comfortable, and a spacious closet. There is a very large TV, but we never turned it on (we are not TV people). A/C works well, although we only had to turn it on 4-5 times in the afternoons. Metal shutters on the windows work really well to block the sun out during the day.
Couple of small things, more heads-up rather than issues: 1. There is an assigned parking in the underground parking garage, but the access is so tight, I scratched my rental car the very first time I tried to get in there, and never tried afterwards. Turns out, street parking in Carvoeiro is no that bad, if you are willing to be a bit flexible, and we never had to walk more than 5 min to the car.. 2. The street is a bit of a through-street, and although the town quiets down by 10pm, there may be occasional drivers after that, as well as early in the morning, not frequent, but if you are a light sleeper, they may jostle you

nos recibió la Sra. Müller al momento de nuestra llegada al departamento. Fue muy amable y dedicada: nos explicó con claridad el funcionamiento del alojamiento, el acceso al garaje, el uso de las llaves y todos los detalles necesarios para una buena estadía. Su atención y amabilidad hicieron una gran diferencia desde el primer momento.
Durante la estadía tuvimos un pequeño percance con la ducha, que comenzó a perder agua. Afortunadamente, la señora Müller nos brindó una solución rapidísima y en muy poco tiempo ya estaba todo resuelto. Valoramos mucho la rapidez y eficiencia con la que respondieron.
El garaje es bastante angosto y pequeño, tal como se aclara en la publicación. Solo es apto para autos chicos. En nuestro caso, alquilamos un Peugeot 208 y, gracias a un conductor experimentado, no tuvimos ningún inconveniente para ingresar y maniobrar.

The flat was very cozy and clean, equipped with all the necessary amenities for a holiday. We particularly loved having access to the rooftop terrace, which offered a beautiful view and was very practical for drying laundry. The building is nice, the bathtub was a great bonus, and the bed was very comfortable.
The main drawback was that the windows opened directly onto the street, so for privacy, we had to keep them closed most of the time. This made the flat a little dark. The air conditioning unit is also positioned in a way that it blows directly onto the bed.
