The property was fine for our needs providing all the facilities we required and was well located between Kings Lynn and Hunstanton.

The drains in the shower and the bathroom sink had not been properly maintained and therefore drained very slowly nearly causing flooding across the floor. The annex at the back of the house got extremely hot when the sun was out and is probably very cold in the winter.
