    We loved how spacious the room was. The hot shower and water pressure were excellent, and having a covered basement parking space was a huge bonus since we were travelling by car. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

    I love the location, the place feels modern and clean. I paid extra for an early check in. The area and place felt safe. Only issue was there was a urine on the toilet seat from the prev guest that was not cleaned. Glad I checked it before I sat on the seat. I had to reach out to the cleaning lady which luckily was outside at that time. Nevertheless, i would comeback again.

    We've booked this because it has a good review. But when we arrived at around 9pm, we were given the key of room 201 (booked the room that has 1 queen bed and 1 single bed). The room was so messy, there were still trash on the floor, ants were visible on the sink, the bed is not yet cleaned and no linens replaced. So we called one of their staff and they were nice to change the room since there is no one availabe to clean the room. We thought it was neatly cleaned and changed, but when I came closer, the bed sheet, pillow cases were dirty, very visible stains were obviously there, it's as if they just fixed the bed and did nit changed the linens. Since it was late night, we did not complain and just waiting for the next day so we can check out early. Also, there was no toothbrush and free coffe on the room. As per booking it should be provided.

    Dont bother staff is rude. Lazy and accused us of smoking in the room . Absolutely we never do she saw cigarette box in the garbage . Charged 1000 deposit we left half as much for a tip she wouldnt return either. We are not liars and that was far more upsetting than the money. Its barely a hotel . Very poor for the money. It was worth it to avoid the hastle in the future. And maybe staff that is awake on occasion.
