Georgios was a terrific host. It’s very obvious how proud he is of his property! unlike everywhere else we’ve stayed, someone came in every day and made the beds and took out the trash. It’s perfectly situated right by the beach with restaurants and shops bar nearby. Also, if you’re having a hard time deciding what excursions to do there’s a place right next-door and Marcos is very helpful.

This is one of the best properties we stayed at. The terrace is huge, with uninterrupted sea views. It's stunning! Inside decorated well and everything you need for a fab holiday. Home from home. The host was friendly and available, the cleaner was great every day. We had to work a few mornings and the wifi was excellent for Zoom video calls etc. Couldn't fault a thing. I would move int tomorrow if I could ;-). We will be back!

Very clean and modern. Beds were very comfortable. The view was incredible. George greeted us and had snacks and drinks available for us - much appreciated after a long trip. We were steps from the beach and had chairs available to us. There are grocery marts close by and many many shops and cafes along the strip. We felt safe and welcomed.

Everything! But most especially the location and the balcony/porch. It was definitely in my top 5 Airbnb stays ever, and we have stayed at a LOT of airbnbs. The balcony is absolutely amazing. My son slept out there one night. George couldn’t have been nicer, allowing us to use a room at his other property in the early am after a sleepless night, until this property was ready. I also loved Perissa. Tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance and a quieter respite from the rest of the island.
