Lokacija je dobra Komotan veliki apartman.
- Sto su stare zgrade - Parking što morate imati sreće pronaći slobodno mjesto - WC školjka teško za koristiti jer nije niti zašarafljena a niti silikonirana. I ako sjednete na nju lako se prevrnuti. Jako jako se klima i to stvarno treba pod hitno sanirati.

Der Ausblick auf das Meer und die Bäume, kurzer Weg zu einem kleinen Strandabschnitt, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, großzügige Wohnung mit viel Platz, Einrichtung mit farbigen Akzenten,, nicht so steril in weiss/grau wie andere Unterkünfte, Badewanne mit Whirpoolfunktion, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, Arbeitsplatz vorhanden
Die Ausstattung in der Küche könnte besser sein. Z.B. mehr scharfe Messer, neue und saubere Pfannen.
