Very spacious. Comfortable and quite.

The toilet got no space for my toiletries. The bed is quite small. The pool area so slippery. Should use textured floor tiles. Not save for children. I saw many people especially children slipped in the area around the pool.

Spacy, clean and nice view from top of the apartment. Helpful security guard and host. Not far away from downtown as we thought.

2 lifts only available to support 35 floors in Block B, waiting time is a bit long. I even experience one of the lifts stuck at level 11, can't move up and down. There is no clear direction access to the lift after parking our vehicle at level 3.

Large, airy space. Rooftop area was nice for a night stroll.

Lack of flexibility with check-in - I was informed that additional fee is chargeable if it is possible to check-in early. Not only was that option not provided on the day of check-in, we were provided with check-in details late. This may not be very important for other travelers but I was with elderly who have been up and about since 6am. Plus, the host is aware that we wish to check in early, so much so that we were willing to pay for the convenience. However, the host was delayed in providing check-in details and ignored my calls and texts when the time for providing the details (which was set by the host) came and gone. Facilities inadequate 1) a main reason for booking an apartment is the kitchen facilities. We brought food that we wished to re-heat at the stove. However, the stove was not usable. When asked about it (at 10pm), i received a message at 8am that the gas head was not connected, with no suggestion on how we should resolve the issue. 2) the tap at the kitchen was faulty 3) there was insufficient toiletries - toilet paper only available at 1 of the 2 washrooms. It was also not very clean, we found a belt left behind by previous visitors. The space is also quite dusty.
