Vou falar para aqueles que, assim como eu, querem um quarto com banheiro privativo, boa cama e lençóis, com higiene garantida. Nesses quesitos, o hotel é 10, levando em referência esses pontos, localização e VALOR. Se estiver a trabalho e sem internet no cel, essa opção definitivamente não é pra vc, internet instável. Agora, a BANHEIRA não funciona, no nosso quarto não tinha teto quebrado ou com mofo, mas antes a recepção nos deu outra opção que estava desse jeito. Enfim, se quer excelência como mostrado nas fotos, desiste. Mas, como disse, a unidade nos atendeu, principalmente pela localização, conforto da cama, limpeza e preço.

The restaurant attached to the hotel is first class, great menu, good prices and good quality food (although the fish in the fish n chips was iffy). The manager was a really nice bloke and I hate to give the hotel such a bad review based on the manager and the restaurant....but jeez the rooms, although my first room had a decent spa bath. the 2nd room I ended up in the bath was filthy, one side was missing and the taps leaked.

The rooms were tatty, poor upkeep and I cannot honestly believe they were ok with letting the conditions in the rooms slide so bad. I ended up staying in 2 rooms and the condition of both was terrible. I cannot believe any self respecting hotel would leave rooms in the state the 2 rooms I stayed in were. Partially painted roof, holes in the roof, curtains hanging off the rails (fixed them myself), one evening the cleaning staff turned up at 8pm to do my room!!. its a shame but one you walk into your room for the first time you expect some kind of wow factor, I was devestated. They provided coffee and a kettle, in room one the kettle burnt my hand...and by the way.. .you need spoons to stir with, no idea why non were in both rooms. I ended up stirring my coffee with a tooth brush. The hotel isnt cheap so I dont understand why they are ok with letting such obvious problems slide. a real shame.
