Pensjonat znajduje się na wzniesieniu, dzięki czemu z tarasu mamy niesamowity widok na morze oraz port i marinę w Barze. Wlasciciele są pomocni i uczyni. Łatwo się skontaktować przez WhatsApp. Przed budynkiem można zaparkować samochód w cieniu drzew. W ogrodzie rosną figi, granaty, limonki i winogrona, którymi można się częstować.

Excellent location in a quiet and green area with a magnificent view of the sea. Wonderful and interesting owners. For the first time in my life I didn't want to go home because I really like being in this housing and enjoying this place.

Pogled na morje, terasa in zunanji zar prostor, trampolin in gugalnica za otroke.
Lokacija in dostopna ulica do hiše ni primerna za nizka vozila, le za terence, saj je vozišče zelo poškodovano. Omejena je raba elektrike in vode kot tudi smo bili vmes brez wi-fi. Do plaže je blizu, ampak težje dostopno peš, zaradi neurejenih ulic in velikega prometa za prečkanje ceste do morja. Premalo pripomočkov za normalno rabo kuhinje, na voljo je samo ena električna plošča, pečice ni, mikrovalovna pečica ne deluje normalno.
