We called the host, Ginovefa, upon arrival, and she kindly met us at the entrance. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and perfect for a family. It felt new, was very well equipped, and had everything we could possibly need, including two TVs, a dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge, boiler, Nespresso machine, grill, oven, and hot plate. We especially enjoyed sitting on the living-room balcony and enjoying the beautiful atmosphere and fresh breeze of Rhodes. The air conditioning in all rooms was also a big plus and made our stay very comfortable during the summer heat. We were celebrating a special occasion, and the host prepared a lovely surprise for us, which we really appreciated. She was also generous in providing food and refreshments from the first day, including more than enough coffee capsules, tea, chamomile tea, fruit, milk, and juice. The host was also helpful when we needed to keep our luggage somewhere secure after the 10:00 AM checkout, as our flight was later that evening. She helped us arrange a secure luggage-storage option, which we paid for, and this was very convenient and gave us peace of mind before our flight..

The apartment is located in a residential area, so it is a little distant from the Old Town, approximately a 15-minute walk. There is also no elevator in the building, so luggage needs to be carried up one floor. These were minor inconveniences overall and did not significantly affect our stay.

The facility was clean, in a location with facilities around it. There is a bakery nearby, the desserts are very delicious, there is a restaurant called Estrella, they have great delicious food and there is a big children's park in it, I recommend you to stop by. The materials in the house were quite new and clean. Breakfast was enough. The beds were very comfortable. 4 adults and 3 children were very comfortable and everything was enough.

We could not communicate before arriving at the facility. We had a hard time finding the door of the house. I didn't get a reply to the messages I wrote from Booking. They wrote a message on WhatsApp, we realized it late. There was no dishwasher and washing machine detergent. We didn't get a positive response when we wanted. Put it in your suitcase yourself before you come. It is not very close to the centre in terms of location and it is difficult to go uphill.

The home was spotless, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the are.

The apartment was well laid out. The neighbourhood had many cafes & restaurants nearby. The old town was 20 minutes walk one way, the beach 20 minutes another. The area was quiet & residential. The food provided on our arrival was sufficient to give us breakfast for the 10 days of our stay. Any requests we made of the contact person were dealt with very efficiently. Response times were very quick.
