The bed is comfortable,, Aircond was the coldest one yet.. Shower pressure hot and cold is amazing... The breakfast was a excellent.. Fried rice (vegetarian) with boiled egg toast and hot americano coffee and guava juice its a perfect pairing and combination every morning.. Safe place for parking area with scooter and motorbike, Inside property.. The staff ready anytime and very kind.. Support room service and laundry service .. Rooms payment can by cash or online booked.. Its easy... We extend another nights here.. Everything worked great as it should have...

Excellent value for money in a very clean and spacious room

Great value for money. Low price, but still bedroom and bathroom very clean, comfy beds, spacious rooms to spread out bags. WiFi was good but not excellent (it cut a couple of times during my one-night stay, but always returned quickly). Breakfast service (not included but low cost and good quality). No issues with A/C. Free water bottle refill service.

Water pressure in shower could have been better. Still fine, much more than a dribble but definitely not powerful. Location is a fair way from the beach for walking but the grab taxis are very cheap

Comfy stay if you're on budget

The bed was comfy. The room is spacious and the facilities are pretty neat and clean, so definitely it's a good value for money. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating. Wifi worked well and the location is not too bad, walking distance to Seminyak. I love it that they put a handwritten welcome message in the room with 2 bananas and 2 salaks, little things like this always makes a property stands out from the other.

- They do not have water gun/bidet. Though I'm fine with toilet paper, but water gun is very crucial for most people. - It might be nice to have the host present at the property during check in period. They're not there most of the time, tho I found out that they live next door. I think putting a message at the reception desk would work, something like "Hey, pls call this number if no one is at the desk" - No sign of the property, so it's a bit tricky to find it. Google map shows the accurate address, but still you got no one to ask once you're at the property, and that could be an issue.

super clean, everything is new and the place is getting better and better every day! best hosts I’ve met in my life 😊 great wifi - I had online classes via zoom, went smoothly, no interruptions

there is nothing to complain about. the location is a bit far, but if you have a bike it’s no problem - they have a garage ! grab is about 12.000 to go anywhere around, there are also a couple of nice places to eat within walking distance.

The staff were amazing! They were happy to help with everything I needed and made me feel so comfortable and welcome. The room was so fantastic, one of the most comfortable rooms I stayed in across the whole of Bali travelling for 2 months. The location was perfect, everything you need right outside. It was also located off of the main road so it's not noisy at night. I'll definitely be back here again. Thank you so much for everything! I highly recommend staying here.

10 Tage Bali im Herzen einer Familie!

Europäische Bewertung! Eine sehr freundliche Familie führt diese Unterkunft!! - jeden Morgen Frühstück im Zimmer (wenig aber ausreichend) - Bett und Zimmer sind sehr groß - gute Klimaanlage fast schon zu kalt - Badezimmer ausreichend, durch schlechte Belüftung manchmal stickig, aber Klimaanlage an und dann klappt es - WhatsApp Kontakt zum Betreiber - sehr zentral in Seminyak, allerdings in einer Seitenstraße etwas schwer zu finden und in der Nähe vom Gefängnis und einer vollen (zu vollen) Straße - Betreiber unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit, alles was man benötigt bekommt man Wir sind spät angekommen und hatten Probleme mit Taxi, Immigration etc...als wir dann endlich an der Unterkunft ankamen, kam der Betreiber sofort raus und zeigte uns alles! Vorher schrieb er uns per WhatsApp das wir uns nicht stressen müssen! - Kaution muss in Bar gezahlt werden, als Tipp!! Man fühlte sich in dieser Unterkunft sehr wohl, sehr familiär der Betreiber und seine Frau geben sich wirklich richtig viel Mühe und das spürt man als Gast!! Wenn ihr dort seid müsst ihr unbedingt den Fahrer (Fredy) buchen und mit ihm die Insel erkunden, wir lieben ihn! Durch ihn wurde Bali nochmal ein ganz anderes Gefühl, so freundlich lustig und ehrlich!! Barzahlung in Bar, ihr könnt eure eigenen Touren bauen er fährt euch überall hin und gibt Tipps zu gewissen Gegenden! Achtung!! Er ist kein Guide der euch geschichtliches etc erzählt, er ist Fahrer aber das kann er richtig gut und wir hatten unglaublich viel Spaß mit ihm! Fragt ihn nach dem besten Eiscafe oder lokalen Shops er wird euch überraschen vor allem beim Eiscafe!! Für Fahrten zum Flughafen vom Flughafen zum Hafen etc könnt ihr ihn auch buchen, schreibt der Unterkunft im voraus wenn ihr am Flughafen ankommt z.b. Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen!!! Für Bali Verhältnisse und für diesen Preis eine unschlagbare Unterkunft! Sauberkeit war absolut solide!! Sicherheit war durch abschließen gegeben!

Trinkt nicht das Leitungswasser oder das Wasser aus dem Spender unten an der Rezeption, allgemein in Indonesien ist Leistungswasser für europäische Mägen nicht gut! Benutzt es auch nicht für Zähneputzen! Zu Fuß ist es ein Abenteuer zum Supermarkt oder z.b zur Bank zu gelangen, dafür kann die Unterkunft aber nichts, das ist halt Bali/Seminyak! Chaotisch! Man sollte einigermaßen fit sein wenn man hier nächtigen möchte, denn für ältere Leute wird es schwer ohne Fahrer hier in der Gegend was zu entdecken! Barrierefrei ist es nicht Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat aber morgens länger schlafen möchte könnte evtl vom Gebet des Gefängnisses geweckt und genervt werden, uns hat es nicht gestört! Geht die Straße nicht weiter rein, es ist eine Sackgasse und ihr werdet irgendwann umzingelt von aggressiven Hunden!
