Location
Cleanliness level can be improved. Especially the kitchen utensils were not clean and could not be used. Should be replaced. Sofa was in bad shape and torn. Overall upkeep and hygiene left a lot to be desired.

The location is just wonderful. Couldn't believe it when we turned up to see the water about 20m away. Having the use of the kayaks is also fantastic. Only a short drive to Tobermory or the National Park.
The kitchen could do with additional equipment to aid cooking from the cabin. For example salt and pepper, ice cube trays, glasses (not plastic tumblers), caffetiere (there is a coffee pod machine).

we loved the location, the entire property was fantastic. quiet and green, so and many activities available for thee lake.
parking was safe, appliances all worked perfectly. hot water was great too! overall 9/10 experience.
the bugs. there was no bug control, to exhaust the cottage we would leave the door open and have complete infestation inside. bug spray or net doors are VERY needed.
the cottage counters were also not very clean when we arrived, we had to do a full wipe down before we used the kitchen or table.
