The location. Away from the hustle and bustle
It is aging and falling into disrepair. The lift wasn’t working one of the evenings and we almost got stuck.

It was clean and was what I needed. Staff accommodating to my needs.
I was not a fan of the restaurant there. Our first meal including drinks took an hour to be served.
