Ampolia Villas Lefkada

Sokratis super hôte. Toujours disponible et serviable. Maison avec magnifique vue. Tout neuf et propre. Y’a tout comme dans un hôtel. Pas besoin de faire les courses pour les besoins de base. Petit village à 5 min en voiture avec 5 ou 6 tavernes avec bonne viande. L’isle lefkada 5 min en voiture en traversant le pont.

Noi siamo una famiglia di cinque persone e siamo stati in Agosto. La casa è moderna, ha tutti gli spazi che si possono desiderare, ben curata, pulita e funzionale ha tutto. Ogni sera dalla casa si può vedere lo spettacolo dei colori del tramonto. Oltre a questo, un super host ti assiste in tutto ben oltre il normale. Un suggerimento a chi andrà in questa casa, segnatevi con cura gli orari di chiusura del ponte che porta all'isola, specialmente se ci andate in Agosto perché se fate male i calcoli rischiate di rimanere in coda anche per trenta minuti in alcuni orari del giorno. We have stayed in many villas but Ampolia Villas was something special. First of all I must mention the owner Sokrates, who was simply amazing. He came round with baclava for my daughter's birthday and joined us to sing happy birthday and have a glass of wine. Another day he bought us all gyros, then came his mum's homemade pie, I asked if he had a parasol, the next day he ordered one, the same with a beach umbrella. He told us all the great places to go, including the village down the road which feels really like authentic Greece. The villa is incredible, everything you need, finished to a really high standard. The sunsets are breathtaking, the best I have seen in Greece. Lefkada Town has a lovely old town, lots of great shops and restaurants, but parking in August can be tricky. Easy to get to the west coast for the famous Lefkada beaches or Nydri to hire a boat. Preveza airport is half an hour drive away, with a lovely taverna in a village about halfway to the villa where we stopped for lunch. Preveza is a lovely town too and much cheaper to eat out than on the island, there is also a beach here where the sun beds are free if you buy a drink. One of the best holidays on our new favourite Greek island, would highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

We had such a lovely stay at Ampolia Villas Lefkada. The villa looks exactly like the photos, maybe even better in real life. Everything was very clean, modern, and comfortable, and the sunset view from the pool was honestly incredible every evening. The area is quiet and relaxing, but still close to Lefkada Town and some amazing beaches. It felt like the perfect balance. The host was also very kind and helpful during our stay, always available if we needed anything and gave us great local recommendations. You can really tell a lot of care was put into this place. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!
