Good values of money for a short stay, but challenging if something is broken

It is a good values of money in an industrial area, a room comes with a small kitchen, big refrigerator and relatively large bathroom. Beds are comfortable.

It is a facility without attendance of any staffs, if something is broken or similar in which urgent support is needed, this would be challenging. We had the problem that the stopper in the waterbasin does not come up after applying it (without stopper on it, it was just a big hole with water flowing through it). The waterbasin was blocked after washing hands. I called the urgent support number, I was informed that the cleaning staff will come over and take a look. After 2 hours of waiting, I wrote to the service team again and got a reply that the cleaning staff has been informed to come over. Even until the next morning, nothing has happened, I wrote again to the service team before I checked out, still got the same reply that the service team has been informed. Luckily there is a basin in the kitchen, so brushing teeth or handwashing wasn't a problem during the 2-day stay, but if toilet is clogged or something big is broken, this could be challenging for the stay.

No staff, no english help with instructions to receive pin, no heat that made it very cold and uncomfortable.

The hotel advertises itself as cheap and good, but it's cheap and nothing but cheap. The rooms are worn out, as is the furniture. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired, cobwebs, uncleaned nooks and crannies. The furniture is splattered with paint, no one bothered to give it a fresh wash, and now it looks like an upside-down Dalmatian, all black with white polka dots. The lighting is poor, and the closet in the hallway is dark.You have to shine your phone to see what you're selecting. The bathroom is very cold, and the shower becomes a nightmare as soon as you turn off the water. TV remote didn't work. No service or support. After 6 p.m. I found out that I would have to extend my stay by one day, Unfortunately, the website only offers the option of a new reservation, it is not possible to extend the current one.

Trash in bathroom was full; leaky sink in bathroom and the ventilation for the bathroom was on all night and would not turn off. The lever to raise the plunger in the sink was missing see photos.

Convenient, cheap and clean

The hotel was a last-minute 1 night stop on our roadtrip to Italy. I read some reviews about dirty rooms and bedbugs, so was a bit scared to book but I was positively surprised. The room was very clean with a good bed and nice shower. The location isn't pretty (on an industrial estate) but close to the highway so quite convenient. There is a bakery for morningcoffee on the other side of the street. Not a hotel to spend your holidays at, but cheap, comfy and convenient for a stopover.

The carchargers did not work yet.

Very good

The room was nice , clean and modern. The kitchen includes a kettle,a few dishes and a big fridge with freezer. The bathroom is very stylish with soap, shower cream and towels. The bed is big with a good mattress. The hotel is easily accessible with parking places. Self checking wasn't difficult, but it needed more detailed English discretion. The bakery and fast food restaurant are in the corner. Two big shops a few miles away.

The room was very hot, that's in the summer season. The email conversation and booking description was only in German.

Der Preis ist top, ruhig obwohl im Gewerbegebiet, Betten sauber und gute Matratzen

Leider nicht besonders sauber, noch Wäsche vom Vorgänger im Schrank, Krümel im und viel Staub auf dem Kühlschrank, Spülknöpfe am WC sehr wackelig und mit Gefühl zu benutzen.

Die Einrichtung war richtig gut.

Die Fußboden-Heizung funktionierte überhaupt nicht und das bei 0 Grad Außentemperatur! Es ist kein Techniker vor Ort, angeblich soll alles per Fernsteuerung funktionieren - ist leider nicht so!

Qué es mobiliario estaba en buenas condiciones

Al llegar las ventanas de la habitación estaban abiertas cuando la temperatura era de -1 grado. La calefacción no iba o estaba muy muy baja, por tanto hacía mucho frío en la habitación. Escribimos por booking al alojamiento y no nos dio solución, llamamos por teléfono y la chica que nos atendió nos dijo que no podía hacer nada al respecto. Pasamos frío esa noche. Además a las 2 de la madrugada se encendió la alarma de incendios sin motivo y luego estuvo sonando porque tenía la batería baja. La manguera de la ducha estaba rota y no había papel higiénico ni gel de ducha en el baño. Hemos comunicado estos problemas en varias ocasiones al alojamiento y no nos ha dado ninguna solución.

Rustig gelegen, stille kamers, zeer goede douche. Goed voor rolstoelgebruikers, keukentje met kookgerei. Alles in orde en werkte

Vrij koud bij binnenkomst, ramen stonden open. Wordt uiteindelijk niet echt heel warm binnen. Kuisen is niet slecht maar kan beter.

Nähe zur Autobahn war für uns perfekt, da wir auf der Durchreise waren. Der späte Nacht Check in hat auch reibungslos geklappt. Es war ordentlich und sauber.

Limpeza péssima, nunca estive num lugar tão mau, notasse que só fizeram a cama de lavado e meteram toalhas lavadas para o nosso check in, o resto nada foi limpo. Tudo cheio de pó, teias de aranha, azulejos da casa de banho todos sujos, sanita suja, entre outras coisas, caótico mesmo.

Der Aufenthalt war grundsätzlich angenehm, jedoch gibt es Verbesserungsbedarf bei der Sauberkeit und den Betten.

Die Buchung und der Check-in haben online super geklappt. Es gab ausreichend Parkplätze, und wenn man Fragen oder Probleme hatte, war die Hotline sehr hilfsbereit und schnell erreichbar.

Das Zimmer war leider nicht wirklich sauber, die Bettwäsche war schmutzig und die Betten waren sehr hart, was den Schlafkomfort beeinträchtigt hat.

Die Lage ist so weit in Ordnung. Man sollte wissen, dass die vorderen Zimmer an der Straße recht laut sind, da im Gewerbegebiet viel Lkw-Verkehr direkt am Zimmer vorbeifährt. Die hinteren Zimmer sind perfekt.

Empfehlenswert

Tolles Zimmer, super Bad, sogar kleine Küche dabei, großer Kühlschrank, viel Stauraum in Schränken. Das Hotel liegt 20 km außerhalb von Freiburg, man kann aber sehr gut von Heitersheim aus mit dem Zug in die Stadtfahren. In Heiterheim stehen viele P+R Plätze zur Verfügung. Eine Bäckerei ist fußläufiger in 4 Minuten erreichbar. Direkt ebenan ist ein gutes Restaurant, die Genußfabrik.

Es wären milchige Fensterfolien gut, da man durch die großen Fenstertüren voll von der Straße aus in die Zimmer sieht. Dichte abdunkelnde Vorhänge sind aber vorhanden.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und saubere und moderne Zimmer.

Soweit ich weiss, gibt es die Option Frühstück nicht. Aber schräg gegenüber gibt es eine Bäckerei, wo man Frühstück bekommt. Ich weiss nicht, ob alle Zimmer im Erdgeschoss so sind, aber meines war Barrierefrei, also Rollstuhlgängig. Ebenso die Dusche und Toilette.

Man könnte bemängeln, dass das Zimmer keine Klimaanlage hat. In meinem Fall hat dies aber nicht gestört.
