Мы были до начала высокого сезона и это было действительно доступно по цене (30 евро за ночь). Отличное соотношение цена/качество, хозяйка всегда на связи, в квартире два отлично работающих кондиционера (хотя сама квартира не нагревается в течение дня), два современных больших телевизора со smartTV и есть все необходимое. До пляжа действительно близко (2 минуты на машине и там есть бесплатная пакровка) и отличный супермаркет всего в нескольких минутах пешком.

The whole apartment with bathroom and kitchen clean with many amenities. In each room, working air conditioning (this is important because the temperature reached 38C), comfortable beds, large TVs on the walls with access to the Internet (netflix, disney, etc.), kitchen equipped with cooking equipment (if you want, you can eat in the house), washing machine in the hall (very useful). The owner is very nice, ready to help you throughout your stay. I recommend this apartment.

Clean, two silent and working aircos, stable internet +2TV, fresh apartment as was not expoaed too much toward the sun. Complete set of equipment in the kitchen, new sleeping beda and sofas.
Some days there was issues with water pressure on the shower, but that depends from the central building water pomp.
