Everything!! We stayed in apartment 3 which was a self contained, detached, one bedroom apartment with a balcony facing the lake. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and of a very high standard with all the facilities required for a 12 night break. The bathroom was very modern and spacious with a very good shower. The bed was very large and comfortable with lovely quality bedding. The host, Sabine, helped us out wherever she could. She very kindly picked us up from the bus station on our arrival which we very much appreciated. On our last day we left our rucksack on a bus with passports, wallet and phone in it, needless to say we panicked! We went to Sabine and she was very calm, contacted the bus driver and helped to get the bag back in time for us to fly home. We couldnt thank her enough! She also issued us with FREE bus passes for the duration of our stay which even got us back to Salzburg! The buses and ferries were very efficient, making getting around the lake very easy. We also got the train from Bad Ischel to Halstatt where we caught a ferry to the main town which was touristy but beautiful and worth a visit. The best part was the steam train from St Wolfgang up the mountain. For a delicious steak we would recommend DSpeiss which is close to the apartment. We saved this for our last night and it didnt disappoint. The food and the service was very good. The food and drink wasn't too expensive which was an added bonus.

The outside of the house is beautiful with apricot and pear trees climbing up the front of the house to the 1st floor windows. The appartement was immaculately clean with a lovely balcony for having breakfast and meals overlooking St.Wolfgang town with a view of the church spire, the mountains and some of the lake. The location was exceptionally quite. The beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed being able to start our hikes directly from the house. We were blessed with observing a deer and a fawn who visit the neighbouring field regularly (just under our balcony). Perfect location. Sabine, our host was very, very welcoming.

Super locatie! En wat een prachtig appartement! We hebben enorm genoten en alles was aanwezig in het appartement. Hele fijne host.
