Fajna lokalizacja, balkon i widok na zalesione wzgórza, blisko do Leśnej Opery
Mieszkanie stare, "po babci", zupełnie nie odświeżone. Stare meble, stare talerze, stare sztućce - choćby tu właściciele mogliby kupić najtańsze zestawy naczyń w Ikei i byłoby dużo lepiej. Wszystkie odpływy przytkane i woda spływa bardzo powoli - szczególnie pod prysznicem jest to uciążliwe. Kanapy stare i poplamione, nie prane od 40 lat - a wystarczy odkurzacz piorący i w ciepłym dniu odświeżyć. Kurz na scianach i na meblach gdzieś ukryty po tylu latach - od razu katar i kichcanie nas wzięło. Do tego cena zbyt wysoka jak na takie starocie. Nie polecam
