Good location, good price.

Toilet macerator was broken so was very noisy, especially at night, also there was a toilet smell when entering the room. Signal on tv also kept cutting out. Other than that it was a decent stay.

There was no toilet paper and towels were not provided and the information was not clear at the booking stage. The remote was not working

Great room and host

The room has the basic facilities needed for an overnight stay: a bed, a small table, a fridge, a sink and a microwave.

Considering everything, we felt that the price was too high for what is offered. The location is also not particularly central. It is around a 20-minute walk from a shopping mall, so it is not especially convenient if you want to be close to the main areas. The room appears to have been converted from an old garage, which creates some issues. Since there was no original plumbing, there is a pump in the bathroom that needs to be switched on and off every time the bathroom is used. If left running, the noise is loud enough to make it difficult to sleep. Unfortunately, this also means that the smell in the room is not particularly pleasant. The entrance door was also problematic. It was difficult to open and seemed to require quite a lot of force, so we had to wait for the owner to arrive because we were worried about breaking it. When we arrived, there were no towels in the room. We had to ask for them, although they were provided afterwards. Overall, the room was somewhat dirty and the bed was quite uncomfortable. As the room is located directly on the entrance corridor, noise from other guests can also be disturbing at night, especially if they are not particularly considerate. Overall, the room is functional for a short stay, but taking into account the condition of the room, the location and the various issues mentioned above, we felt that the price was excessive.
